These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the BebiBoo mobile games (the “Games”) and the website at https://bebiboo.id (the “Website”), provided by BebiBoo (“BebiBoo”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
1. Who may use the Games
Our Games are designed for young children, ages 2 to 6, and are intended to be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child and are responsible for your child’s use of the Games. Only a parent or guardian, or a person with their permission, should install the Games, make purchases, and change device settings.
2. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Games on your own devices for non-commercial, personal use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded the Game from (for example, the Google Play Terms of Service).
3. What you may not do
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Games, except where the law allows it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Games, except where the law allows it;
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Games or any part of them;
- remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices;
- use the Games for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the Games or their ads and services;
- use cheating tools, bots, or similar methods to tamper with the Games or with in-app purchases.
4. In-app purchases
Some Games are free to download and offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s payment and refund policies. We do not receive your payment details. Prices are shown in the Game and in the store before you buy. Purchased digital content is licensed to you, not sold, and is tied to the store account used to purchase it. We recommend that parents keep purchase authentication (such as a password or biometric check) turned on and manage purchase controls in Google Play. For refunds, please use the process provided by Google Play.
5. Advertising
Some Games show ads provided through Google AdMob and Unity Ads. We take steps to make sure ads are suitable for children, and ads are not personalized. We do not control the content of third-party websites or apps that ads may link to. Parents should supervise their child’s use of the Games and use device controls if they wish to limit ads.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, available at https://bebiboo.id/privacy-policy/, explains what information is handled when you use the Games. It forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Games, including their characters, artwork, music, sounds, text, and software, belong to BebiBoo or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms give you only the limited license in section 2. All other rights are reserved.
8. Updates and changes to the Games
We may update, change, or discontinue a Game or any feature at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep using a Game. We are not obliged to keep providing any Game, but we will try to give notice where practical.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BebiBoo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Games. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer where applicable.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or end your right to use the Games if you break these Terms. When your license ends, you must stop using the Games and delete them from your devices.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, with the effective date shown at the top. If you keep using the Games after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Games.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
